Feature request: deletion function only for admins
Hello Only the admin should be able to delete a note. Everyone else should be able to create and edit a note. -> new option in the settings of quicknote
Reason: Quicknotes is easy to use on PC and mobile. It has, images, tags and a good search function. And the images are shown in the thumb/preview. Quicknotes is the easiest way to build a database for all our benches, chapells, wayside crosses and wells in our town and maintain them with several people. Collectives is great but was considered to be too complicated for use by our town people. But accidential "loss"/deletion of data/notes is a problem.
Conclusion: only the admin should be able to delete notes Even not to display the erase button for nonadmins would be a first solution.

About restricting delete only to the administrator, it seems to me a very specific case.. and even hard to explain to common users.
However there is something that I have pending for a long time, and it will probably be useful for you. Just add a trash where you can rescue the deleted notes.
Before you could delete the notes without even confirming the action.. and add the confirmation to avoid that, but it's annoying. I prefer to remove easily, and in any case to be able to restore.
Hello Matias Thanks for your reply. Indeed a trash to rescue the notes would be very usefull. To feed the trash should be made easy. To empty the trash (like in real life) should be made with a few steps Or a smart backup and restore funktion would be great and could also resolve the accidetial loss of notes.
