The form link for signing up is not working

The form link for signing up for a project is not working. I was trying to signup for 'Adaptive Palletizing with Simulation Optimization' project and a screen loaded with the following error message:

An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.944c3917.1747679958.d5b7afdb

I have tried at different times of the day and with different projects. For some, it was working and for some it isn't. Can you kindly look into it?
