Documentation: Math.NET for NumPy, R, MATLAB users

A section in the docs for those with a background in NumPy, R or MATLAB with examples on what common code elements of these environments translate to in Math.NET Numerics would help them get started much more quickly.

Maybe something along the lines of NumPy for Matlab Users or similar "cheat sheets".
