Based on the script dumps from Prof.9 from on therockmanexezone https://forums.therockmanexezone.com/mmbn-text-dumps-t5396.html

I processed them with a script to combine multiline dialogue and remove cutscene metadata, pure English lines, duplicate text, and lines shorter than two characters.

the number in the file name indicates the game rom version, there were v1.1 release for many of the cartridges, I'm not sure if any dialogue was changed, but included them to be sure.
