So for, jupyter-books is very buggy with pdf. The supported pdf converter fails to parse inline latex. But here is a manual workaround

1. Use CTRL+P on all chapters as PDFs and save them to a directory.
2. on that directory, run pdfunite * causal-inference-for-the-brave-and-true.pdf to merge all pdfs into one.
