Recover task information on detect lostruns
It would be really nice if detect_lostruns could also recover task information somehow so that you could recover at the running task.
If you "fizzle" when you detect_lostruns, and then rerun with task level recovery, you should recover at the running task. Should we update the docs to reflect this more clearly, or add an option to the rerun mode of detect_lostruns to allow for this option directly?
I think it would be better to have an option to the rerun mode of detect_lostruns
