[BadgeDrawable] Added shape customizations

This PR adds some features to the BadgeDrawable:

• Use of shapeAppearance/shapeAppearanceOverlay in the badge style to customize the shape of the badge:

• badgeRadius/badgeWithTextRadius to customize the badge radius(or size):

• badgeStrokeColor / badgeStrokeWidth to customize the badge stroke

It preserves the current default behavior.

It can close #1200, #826.
