Migration documentation

Hi,

I'm opening a small issue about the migration (move) of accounts in mastodon. I recently tried to do it, and it appears that I had not understood that, after setting up the alias in the new account, the old account needed to follow the new account in order to perform the migration of followers.

I was wondering if maybe some words about that could be added in the documentation ? https://github.com/tootsuite/documentation/blob/master/content/en/user/moving.md
