slack.hide.logout does not work

This permission does not cancel a logout message from going to Slack.

this bug is possibly caused by the fact that the player has logged out by the time we can check for his permissions, so it will be invalid, we can possibly fix this by upping the priority.

It will be fixed in 2.0.0, which is not going to be released until I can figure out a way to use /slack send to use all the new features in 2.0.0. https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/slack.37113/page-7#post-1145984
