[Bug]: Can't delete/rename fragment with empty name

Describe the bug

After right clicking the fragment, removing all characters and making the fragment have no name, you can't right click it to delete/rename it.

To reproduce

1. Create a fragment
2. Remove all characters
3. Press enter, so that name is empty
4. See that you can't right click it, and thus can't delete it or rename it
