VotingPower does not match Steemd.com
Steps To Reproduce:
- Use the SteemJ.getAccounts(List<AccountName>) to pull list of Extended accounts
- Printout ExtendedAccount.getVotingPower()
- Compare to Steemd
I have been at 9627 voting power for over a day now according to SteemJ
The value returned by the API is your voting power at the time you last voted. To calculate the current value of your voting power, see the formulas here:

There was change to this in HF20 for the condenser API. For a short bit after HF20 it was actually reporting some rather odd numbers.
