Installation package generator

Create a shell utility to be called from make to generate a S.O installation packages in multiples formats like DEB, RPM and MacOS and etc.

It may not be that much of work as I firstly thought, thanks to Apache Bigtop. I'll have a more thorough look at it this weekend.
