Shortcut setting doesn't register specific key combinations

Settings > Change shortcut

LeftAlt + X	❌
LeftShift + LeftAlt + X	❌
LeftShift + LeftCtrl + LeftAlt + X	✔️
LeftCtrl + LeftAlt + X	✔️

where X can be any regular key.

There are also issues with Enter/Return and NumPad:
