[Feature] Adjustable Inverse Telecine/2:2 Pulldown Option for 30fps 480i Games

It would be really nice to have a user adjustable and lockable 2:2 pulldown feature for 480i games that primarily run in 30fps. This would be a big benefit for a lot of PS2 and GameCube games that only run in 480i.
