Obscure Package Manger Support

Thanks for your request. Maybe we can build an abstraction layer for package managers? that would make sense.

if you're going to build an abstraction layer for package managers you should just make the whole thing modular and then you can have modules to abstract everything!

Maybe use something like this it says you can use it for every web project. I have no idea what that is for I found it searching google for modular CSS framework.
