Not working on Windows environment

After setting up everything as instructed it didn't work (node instances seems to be working but URLs are not working - blank) on Windows 8+

Well we don't use this boilerplate anymore so we won't invest time in it either. What did you expect from it ? What's your use case ?

Well I was in search of a boilerplate built using node, react-redux, express/koa with admin. I found it interesting one but it didn't work on Windows so tried on Linux/Ubuntu and all good. Would you please let me know if there is some other similar boilerplate exist?
