It has already been requested a couple of times that there should be mode that keeps the vessel rotated relative to the velocity vector, effectively enabling it to stay pointed...
Resource consumption should be relative to movement of reference relative to vessel and mass of vessel.
it would be nice if absolute mode was also enabled when the kos steering manager is active.
