Missing Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard in Datampas.usa.js

Hey there -

i'm using "datamaps.usa.js" and am zoomed in on New England - two of the major islands are missing from the state of Massachussets - Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. Is this intentional and if so is there a more detailed map of the New England area or just of the US?

I'm also seeing that the world map actually has more detail but it doesnt have the state lines which I need. Is there any way to merge these two? Anyone have ideas on this?
