Add support for configurable DNS for individual nodes

Currently this stack does not create configurable DNS entries for the individual MarkLogic nodes. Please add parameterized Route 53 entries which resolve to the IP addresses of each ENI, so that each node in the cluster can be referenced using a friendly URL, both from other nodes and from resources outside the cluster.
