FERR-56 - Allow user to define document name (root element)

Description

Currently, the document name (or root element) is the xpath for the root element. This is not very user friendly.

Allow the user defining the query to provide a name that will be used when running the query.

"/:top-song" or "/:farmersMarket" is not very user friendly
