Allow selecting a document from an existing database on Step 1.

Add flexibility on Step 1 by allowing users to select a document from an existing database. Examples:

  • select a document by uri
  • get a document from a collection or directory

@gmarintes - This looks to be a feature already in place on the current master via the "Browse MarkLogic" button. Please confirm and update this issue accordingly.
