tabHide permission

I'm running a user-script which uses the tabHide API, and it would be great if it was supported in the UI.

Currently, I am using it after adding it to the manifest.json, options.js and messages.json, and it works, but it totally breaks the options page due to CSP violations. Using upgrade, grant, then downgrade back to AMO version I granted the permission, but that is not ideal.
