ssl error while trying pip command

I followed your tutorial to the point where i need to do the pip command in the cmd prompt. It tells me:

WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

I have anaconda with python 3.9 its the only version i can find on the anaconda website. any idea's?
