Should it work on a site that has define('FORCE_SSL_ADMIN', true)?

Or does the SSL cookie domain hose the special cookies?

I tried it on one of the sites I manage and contributor users were able to log in via SSL and were able to see and navigate in the admin, but when they went to the front end, they had no indications of being logged in - the comment form was empty, not showing their information though they remained logged in (if they back-buttoned back into the admin, they did not have to re-auth).

I had to deactivate the plugin for that site because it is a high-traffic production site with a lot of active contributors and subscribers, otherwise I would do some testing and try to provide you with more info.

What do you think, should the SSL admin be causing it not to work or do I likely have some other incompatibility on that site?
