Use existing elements as "Scroll Up" buttons

The most missing feature is the possibility to use existing HTML elements as "Scroll Up" buttons. In the current version scrollUp isn't accessible.

This is planned for version 3, I definitely see the benefit of this.

@gadgetto @di5abled — v3 branch is now pushed up. Just need to do some testing and perhaps add some extras before pushing to master. Any feedback would be great.
