Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no way to check if the character is currently in a warmode

Describe the solution you'd like add functions to check the warmode and install the desired warmode, for example

warmode off
if mana < maxmana
skill 'meditation'

.... if warmode on ....

Describe alternatives you've considered uopilot =)

Additional context Add support for warmode on/off commands and status check (if war) to Razor scripts. Without this, it is impossible to automate PvP, farming and escape from gank.
