Whole Epyc embedded 3xxx Lineup is missing
While the 7001 and 7002-series seem to be complete (not checked in detail), the whole epyc embedded 3xxx-lineup is missing.
e.G.: epyc embedded 3101 epyc embedded 3201 epyc embedded 3251
these are zen-based, embedded server CPUs with a comparatively low TDP.

anyhow, thanks for this great project.
Unfortunately I'm not working on SpecDB much these days and it's unlikely I'll personally ever get around to adding more parts (my priority if anything would be fixing the Intel data which is no longer updating). PRs are welcome though and I know at least one person in Discord mentioned that they might be adding more parts soon. I will leave the issue open.
