The saving/sharing experience is bad

There are local (browser) timelines and shared timelines and files and external urls etc. There should be a consistency to opening what you last worked on and keeping track of what you have worked on.

  • [ ] Owners of a cloud timeline should be able to edit it at that address, i.e. jane of markwhen.com/jane/timeline should be able to go to markwhen.com/jane/timeline and be able to edit it from there.
  • [ ] You shouldn't have to reshare a timeline to update it, it should save automatically
  • [ ] Remember last timeline you were working on
  • [ ] Better load/save to/from disk file
  • [ ] Better load/save to/from browser local storage

The combination of the markwhen notation and the graphical notation is superb!

However as you indicated in this issue, it is not really possible to use at a company due to limitations regarding saving and sharing. I would say that security aspects also needs to be considered.

Could integration as a plugin to Atlassian Confluence be an option? It would be a huge improvement compared to existing plugins.
