How to perform testing?

Can you setup a simple test to show how to declare the app in karma/jasmine? Not sure how to structure the tests around angularAMD. I've been looking at /marcoslin/angularAMD/test folder but it's a complex maze of files and includes (and I'm not sure if those tests are even written for the /www or the actual angularAMD.js file).

Bonus if you can include protractor tests too, but I think that may be more self-evident (or am I wrong?)
