New feature: Support horizontal collection view

I inspired by issue #60

Expected Behavior

Support horizontal collectionView's scroll and tab bar swipe

Current Behavior

It's messed on scrolling of horizontal collection view. #60

Possible Solution

Use horizontal CollectionView and UIGestureRecognizerDelegate

If you want, shoot the video within a few days. If you like, I will write the code and PR.
