Please update and restructure npm package

Not sure why but installed package doesn't have "dist" folder. I think it should have "src" and "dist" folders. Also, it has .npmignore file with "dist" in it. It causes tsc translate my project into incorrect dirs. Weird. Here's what I have: http://prnt.sc/bp3jgv
