how can i query "checks" problem?

Hello, As we have lot's of checks in panel, how can we have list of problem not just red or yellow warning for this error 1-Lock Timeouts/sec 2-Lock Requests/sec 3-SQL Compilations Rate

and how i can query to see all deadlocks?
