padding on moveCamera seems to be ignored

This was posted as a separate issue, but I didn't reply in some time and it got closed, but the problem is still there.

See highlighted padding values. It seems that no matter what value I put, the camera is always zoomed at the same level. 77251679-64115200-6c58-11ea-96e3-94fbb509ffbb 77251689-72f80480-6c58-11ea-9959-995629da32f1

It looks like initialZoom parameter seems to be also ignored. Tested on iPhone device.

Seems to be happening on Web as well

Camera ends up centered between the two points, but does not appear to zoom out accordingly.

The same happens for me on web.

Is there a way to change zoom level once the map is already set up? This method just centers the camera, zoom level stays exactly the same as provided to initialZoom
