Add {trim_sequence} placeholder

--rename placeholders are awesome!

A great addition to the existing set would be {trim_sequence}, i.e. all bases removed including those past the adapter when the adapter is found elsewhere than the end of the read.

This would allow in principle complete reconstruction of the original read sequence from a fastq processed with --action=trim.

That would indeed be a good addition. This is related to what was requested in #529. I’ll keep the two issues separate for now because while the one from #529 is more general, your suggestion is more realistic.
