Please explain: -i ITER, --iter ITER Number of iterations to run, default = 3
Hello,
Reading your paper, it suggests that SALSA2 will iterate until the majority of the joins in an interaction are marked as incorrect, and then the penultimate iteration is used as the FINAL. How many iterations are typically done to get to this point? If we don't specify the -i parameter, is it likely that the default 3 iterations will get us there? What do you recommend as a value for this parameter?
Thanks! Chris
