The kronatools installation isn't working

Dear,

I'm trying to install the software KronaTools but the file nucl_est.accession2taxid.gz isn't available in https://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/accession2taxid/... so the script updateAccessions.sh isn't working because when the script try to do download the link is broken.

Which version are you running? You might need to update.

This was resolved in v2.7.1, as mentioned in #113.
