Rust integration issues

Hi, like issue #87 I have problems with integrating rust completion. My error is kind of similar but not exactly the same:

Error detected while processing function <SNR>150_complete[7]..completor#do_complete[5]..completor#daemon#process[25]..354 E631: ch_sendraw(): write failed

I checked whether I have the newest version but unfortunately the fix #93 does not work for me at all.
