Creating a challenge with duplicate name yields 500 error

We should do this more gracefully (for example checking the name before moving on to the geometry part of the challenge creation process)

I would say this is more of a feature than a bug. But I see your point.

This is similar to #55 but more common as anyone can create challenges.
