Horadric Cube Tab Generating Error

When I try to utilize some of the features in the Horadric Cube tab, then hit generate an error message pops up:

Generate failed in module 'cube': trying to access unknown column '*eol' in table 'weapons'

Has anyone else encountered this error before and know of any ways to fix it?
