Optimize drawing of textured ellipses
Currently the drawing of ellipses has two efficiency drawbacks:
- It always draws N_TRIANGLES which is predefined to 100. This seems to be quite good in practice but in theory it would be better if it would be adaptive.
- Triangles are recomputed all the time: could be nice to cache it (like we do for meshes).
However this is all rather low priority because it seems to be working rather fine for now.
