Add two file to urban area trafficsign

There are larger size ratio boards for larger names.

https://www.virages.com/Produits/Categorie.asp?CID=A2&Filtre=A2_1&Affichage=24&Trier=1&Idaf=220

The algorithm looks for any size or we need to prepare a file for panels whose name is written on two lines ?

This traffic sign is for country area France

Do you think it would be interesting to create a mission in: https://www.mapillary.com/app/task/ https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdAGAREinmtiRrI4tFjV-QAxViYxaJ95oylcFx4UG8vjgvmpw/viewform I tried, I can not do it. Can you do it ?

@operon Thanks so much for proposing these templates for the signs.

I did some search and feel that the templates in wikimedia will be better suited for integration with the following naming

information--built-up-area--g3

And the existing information--end-of-built-up-area--g4 already cover the templates information--end-urban-area--FR-EB20-1.svg

Again, sorry for the delay getting back to you. We will update the specification/guidelines for the adding new templates to the library later on. With the specification, it should make it easier for you to contribute.
