After realignment of submodels

Open Aladgit opened this issue 3 years ago • 3 comments

#Hi,

I have performed a realignment of my 112 submodels and would like see at the final product in the viewer. How can I do so? Or is it only possible to have a look at one submodel at a time?

Hi @Aladgit , If all the models are in one reconstruction.json file then you can just visualize that? If you have separate folders, then try to select the top folder and then all reconstructions.json in the subfolders should be automatically loaded. For example: let's say you have a folder ~/all_models and ~/all_models/model1 and ~/all_models/model2, then selecting ~/all_models should load the reconstruction.json files in model1 and model2.

Hi @fabianschenk, thanks for your reply. But with your suggestion I would still be able to open only one of the reconstruction files at the time right?

My question however, is since all the single reconstruction files of my submodels are part of a big one, splitted in these very submodels, if it wouldn't be possible to visualise the whole reconstruction in one step or one finale file (at least I thought, that this is the purpose of the alignment command which I executed at the end)

Cheers

Hi @Aladgit , I haven't used the viewer in a very long time but from what I remember, you can select multiple reconstruction files from the list and visualize them jointly.

Can you post of screenshot of how you visualize a reconstruction?
