[BUG] - Meta System not validating for duplicate keys in bop

Bug Description

A BOP with more than one equally numbered keys should not be valid, but MSYS stitches the functions.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create BOP with keys with equal numbers
  2. run MSYS
  3. It should throw, but doesn't.
