Change Mapbox Control tooltips (e.g. Lasso tool) to browser language

Users who set their browser language to non-English languages expect controls etc to be named in their language. However Mapbox Control tooltips (e.g. Lasso tool) continue to appear in English. Can these be translated / localized? If not, can you add an Format option to update them?
