Android 12 allows user to choose between coarse and fine location permission

Android 12 introduces an new Location Permission Dialog. No matter if the application is asking for Fine_Location oder Coarse_Location the user will have the choice anyways for both options. It looks like this:

Mapbox LocationProvide can't handle this as it's waiting for the FineLocation. I will try to investigate more specific which part is failing and let you know. But i think there is definitely need for a patch.
