Add a way to control the size of the step by step directions

I saved my Mapbox based map website to the home screen on my iPhone. The saved app mostly works just fine. But when I do a route, the step by step directions take up most of the screen. It would be nice if a tap or click on the summary (showing the distance and estimated time) would hide or show the step by step directions. Or at the least there was a way to set the number of visible steps, which could limit the size of those instructions so more of the screen was visible.
