Update to latest WhirlyGlobe SDK, Mapbox v4, and 64-bit

This awesome sample app is almost two years old and a few things should be updated to make it useful with today's related libraries:

  • update to latest WhirlyGlobe SDK (some of the quad tile layer API has changed)
  • update from Mapbox v3 web service to v4
  • support building in 64-bit

(Alternatively, it would be amazing to adding globe support to Mapbox GL for iOS… one can dream! :wink:)
