They lack an icon: it could be the same as the hunting stand icon (even if this is not the same leisure, far from it!) : https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Hunting-stand-16.svg Or, it could be based on binoculars since birdwatchers are equipped for birdwatching There are many on the web, including free ones.
