gta-streaming-five.dll crash on rejoin

I noticed that the game will crash if disconnecting and reconnecting to the server when using Scaleforms. Below is the error I receive:

This is something i cannot fix, streaming and loading scaleforms is something fivem does, apparently when disconnecting, certain streamed assets and scaleforms remain loaded into game memory instead of being unloaded. Me and other developers already notified the CFX.RE team about it and i hope they'll find a suitable fix soon.
