How to add webpack DLL Plugin?

I vaguely remember incompabilities after Webpack 4 was first released so I removed it, but it looks like it's working fine with Webpack 4 again. So good idea, will investigate it further!

Instead of DLL， why not try hardsource cache. It's more configurable , I think
